Children's National Nurse Residency Fall 2021

Hi all! Haven't seen a topic for the Children's National Nurse Residency for Fall 2021 so I figured I'd start one for anyone else applying! 

Last year they didn’t contact until end of April, interview until early May and offers went out end of May. Granted that was during the COVID hiring freeze so maybe a little earlier.

one of mine says evaluation in progress, the others still say under review or completed. I'm thinking we probably won't hear back for another couple of weeks.

I did PICU, NICU, and Surgical Services and all of mine say under review too. I'm not anticipating hearing anything until at least the end of the month.

One of mine changed to "evaluation in progress" on the 1st but I too think it's too early still for much movement from them.

Does anyone have an idea of when the application for Children’s PICU residency will probably close? I’ve been working on my application but still waiting for one more recommendation letter. I’m worried the application will close before I get the letter from my practicum preceptor especially since it’s about to be a month since the application has been open.

Were you able to get your letter in time? I see in the job openings tab that all the new grad positions are gone. However, in my applied list it says that they're still accepting applications. So maybe those who've already started an application are still able to apply?

Nope! I had one flip to Evaluation in Progress.  I did hear from previous years that only one app is evaluated at a time.
