Hello all! I am starting this thread for those applying to Children's Medical in Dallas. Applications just opened today, I just submitted mine! Hopefully everyone can use this chat to put each other's minds at ease. Good Luck to everyone on your job search!

I am out of state and I also only applied to critical. I think that has something to do with it because I haven’t seen anyone that JUST applied to critical hear back yet.

I also applied to only critical and have not heard back yet. Fingers crossed we aren't all out of consideration yet.

I am hoping the same. It seems likely that that’s the case since everyone who heard back asking about preferences applied for both critical and acute care. Fingers crossed for us! Keep me posted! I’m dying while waiting to hear something!

I’m out of state and applied to both! I have not heard anything, so I’m starting to think that’s not a good thing!

I applied to acute care only... and havent heard anything back. anyone else? i wish the applications were due later, cause i just received my senior preceptorship and i'm at a Level 1 pediatric trauma center and feel like that wouldve made me stand out a little more ?

Congratulations on your preceptorship! I'm sure it'll be a great experience. We'll all end up where we're meant to be so I'm trying not to sweat it just yet!

They are still sending out the emails apparently. I just received an email today so there is still hope guys! ? I did apply to both tracks.

Anyone who only applied to one track (whether critical or acute) heard anything back yet? It’s still crickets for me :(

I'm out-of-state, applied to critical care only, still no word. I'm hopeful since the interview week isn't until the end of February. There's still a bit of time.
