  1. I interviewed on Thursday afternoon and got an offer Friday morning.
  2. The testing centers are still open! I finished my program in March but just got my ATT this week. I was able to set my appointment for the first week of May. There were dates available earlier than that but I've been a little slack on my studying. I ended up setting my appointment for Waco since I wanted a specific date but I just checked and there are appointments available in mid-June throughout DFW. If you want a certain date, I'm almost certain you'll be able to find an appointment time within a 2-3 hour window but otherwise there are currently lots of appointments available in Dallas and Fort Worth. I was fortunate enough to graduate during the off season so I'm not sure how available dates will look for you guys. I'm sure they won't let too much time lapse without testing graduate nurses, though. It will work out!
  3. I don’t think it would hurt to reach out! I’ve accepted a position elsewhere so I’m no longer looking, but I received an email asking about my preferences from a recruiter in Fort Worth within the last week after not getting a position at another location. I think they’re still looking!
  4. Oops! I’m not originally from DFW so all of the terms and programs get me confused ;) congratulations on your new position! So exciting! Which unit will you be on?
  5. Hey there! There's another thread for this. You'll find some great information there! Have you heard back from them?
  6. Congratulations! Unfortunately I decided to go with an offer in Fort Worth. It was such a hard choice.... the unit seemed really great!
  7. I just received an offer for Charlton IMC.
  8. Yay! I interviewed for this position as well. Congratulations to you!
  9. Thank you! I’m from out of state so it’s actually a hospital from the area I’m from. I had three interviews for three different units back to back.
  10. No deadline. They said they’d call me back next Friday but at this rate, I probably won’t know anything by then so I’m worried about that. I also don’t want to accept a position and then take it back especially since it isn’t one of these really big, corporate hospitals
  11. No, I interview with them on Wednesday! The last day they gave me as an option to interview was the 25th but hopefully they don’t make us wait that long. How was the interview?
  12. Kind of an off topic question, but how long would you say is reasonable to hold off on accepting a job offer while waiting to hear from other interviews? Baylor is my top choice and I’ll be interviewing tomorrow but I was just offered three jobs at a different hospital today. I was shocked (I interviewed yesterday) and honest and told them I would like to wait but I don’t want to keep them on hold too long.
  13. Yay! Congratulations ? I'm glad to see they're still calling people for interviews!
  14. If you have his name, maybe HR would be able to provide an email for you? Thank you! ?
  15. If you don't mind me asking, were the questions very behavioral or more clinical? I'm interviewing at a different location so they may do it totally different but I'm curious about Baylor's process in general.
