Anyone else applying for the 2017 entrance? I'm taking CHEM 110 and BIO231 this fall, and hoping to take BI 232, 233, PSY 201 and CIS 101 this winter before applying. I already have a bachelors degree which should cover the other pre-reqs. Do you basically have to have a perfect score to get in? Does anyone know more about it? Their information is so lacking!

I just signed up for the Nurse's entrance exam! Taking it on April 7 at 1 pm. When is everyone else taking it?

I signed up for March 31st. Kind of freaked that it's so soon, but I'll have started Stats and Spanish in April, so I thought it would be better for me to just study through spring break and have it done with before classes start in April. Good luck! I'll post how it goes after I take it...

Do you guys know if OHSU for Monmouth sends out emails on separate days? I haven't received an email yet :( I have all A's for their pre-reqs and medical assistant experience so am very concerned why I haven't got an email yet! Eek! Good luck to you guys!

OHSU does their invites in rounds -- as primary candidates decline interviews other people will get invites.

OHSU looks at applicants in a very holistic manner -- grades and experience play a large role, but just as important is your community involvement and personal responses to their essay questions.

Good luck on your guys' interview!!! That is really exciting!! Not everyone gets an interview at OHSU! you have a really good chance getting in! best of luck on the exam! let us know how you guys do and ill post mine after i take mine on the seventh! i took it last year and did well. It is a pretty easy exam for the most part. Hope I score better this time!

I'm taking the Kaplan test on the 7th as well at 1:00pm!!! Soooo nervous������������ To those who've taken it, is it pretty much like an SAT test? The study guide shows physical science as well as life science .. I just want to know what to expect.

I took my test today, and it was nothing like the Kaplan study book they recommended buying :/ Good luck on your test next week!

Thank you for your feedback! If you don't mind me asking, how did you do? I heard 89 was considered full points but I have also heard they are seeing what the highest score is.
