Hi, I completed my proctored essay on Saturday, and now, the waiting begins. I was hoping we could share scores when the emails are send out May 2nd. Anyone else feeling impatient?

It is very hard waiting, but at least the wait is almost over.

Haha, I agree, @2nd wind, it's hard to keep track of 3 separate threads. No idea how that happened! Maybe we an get an admin to merge them all...

I called the nursing department to see if they knew when we might get our final decision emails. She said in a week or two!! :( Why does it take so long???

REally?!!! Oh I really hope we don't have to wait longer! I was hoping that we would be receiving our acceptance emails tomorrow.

It doesn't seem fair for the people that applied to multiple schools. It must be a hard decision to wait so long on Chemeketa.

Why is it taking so long this year? Reading these Chemeketa forums from past years, it seems like on the first full week's Friday of June they sent acceptance emails. Ohh... I hope we do hear from them tomorrow :whistling: *fingers crossed!*

Has anyone heard anything yet? I just checked my e-mail on my lunch break and I have not gotten anything yet.

I really hope they send out e-mails today. We have worked so hard to get thisfar and now just sitting and waiting is really nerve racking.

Let meknow if anyone hears anything as I do not think I can get my chemeketa e-mails at work.

It is rather strange that Chemeketa has to take until June to decide, as they have all the score sheets done rather quickly after the essays. I know there is a chance to contest/verify score sheet details, but does it take that long? I wonder what else they do that takes a month to sort out? I thought it was all based on the score sheets. I think it is just to see how we respond to unnecessary stress.

It is my understanding that when they send out the letters/e-mails they also send out a lot of information reguarding the program and what is needed to be ready for the orientation. Also they have to decide how many students they are going to accept.

I know it is frustarating, I am right with you....

I am lost in all the Chemeketa forums threads. There are at least three!

I have a 356,. . . I was wrong--I have a 358. Don't ask. I have no idea what was going through my head.
