My name is Jamie. I attended the first application session today at Chattahoochee Tech for the Fall 2016 program. I've enjoyed following the last two groups of prospective students on these boards and thought I would see if I could get one started for the 2016 applicants. I'd love to get to know other prospectives and share the emotional rollercoaster that hopefully ends on a high!! :)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty positive it's zero. Admission is strictly based on your teas test score, prerequisite GPA and interview.

Hi everyone! I am Ashley one of the current students in the nursing program. I remember being very excited and nervous this time last year! A little information for all of you....You have the interviews as your next step, you can prepare by reading online about the types of questions and what programs are looking for....after that you will get acceptance letters sent out....then you will have two days of orientation (ours was the last week of July) and during this you will have a lot to complete before school starts which is the same day as regular classes. Hi, my name is Tania. I am also applying for fall 2016. I took the teas a couple weeks ago and got an 84, now I am still debating taking again.

Hi, Tania. Welcome to the group! 84 is fantastic! I got an 86 the first time and am thrilled, but decided to take it again in a few weeks. It can't hurt and maybe just maybe I'll do better. I think, I remember from these boards, the last class had scores ranging from the high 90s to the high 70s.. Maybe Ashley can speak to that?

Ashley is in a cruise right now :) (she is my friend)! And you are correct the people that got in got from low 70s to upper 90s and you guys did wonderful in your teas! Congrats!

TEAS this Friday! Anyone else taking it? Lindsay, you are...right? Need to open my guide up tonight and tomorrow. Chemistry and metric conversions really challenged me last time. Has anyone already taken it twice? If so, did you find your second test very different from the first?
