Hello Everyone,
I took my HESI today and my advisor told me it will take about a week to get an answer from the committee about whether or not I've been accepted into the BSN Program for May 2017. I passed the HESI with a overall score of 75% I attended both MDC GPA 3.2 and BC GPA 2.9.
I feel like this is going to be the longest week ever. I really want to attend Chamberlain College. I pray that i do get accepted. Has anyone been accepted yet ? any advice?

Hey! So I applied for the May 2017 session, and I got accepted! I passed the HESI A2 with a 74%. I think as long as you passed, you should be getting in! It took about a week to get a call from my adviser, as well as an acceptance letter.

I wish both of you luck!
I am wanting to know as well because I am trying to get into the 2017 September slot, my cgpa though is 2.94, and my HESI is 88%. I am working as a Respiratory Therapist. I hope the committee sees that I am working in the medical field already. I hope that shows some kind of edge in the competitive streak?

Hello, I take my Hesi Exam for Chamberlain in a couple weeks...Do you have any last minute tips? I have an overall 3.7gpa but I am very nervous about taking this exam...What are the Biology/Chemistry/AP questions like? I have been using McGraw-Hill's 3 Evolve Reach Practices Tests (Hesi A2) and I am pretty intimidated by some of the questions involving parts of plants/worms/beeswax, etc...were there any questions like that on the biology part? Do you suggest any websites where they had free practice tests? Thank you.

Hello,
Study the recommended review book cover to cover. The HESI isn't hard at all as long you study that HESI A2 book. I'm in my senior year at Chamberlain. It's a lot of work and sacrifice. Nothing about it is easy. Every thing that is taught will be used in one of your courses eventually. Just some friendly advice: Shake off negative people, keep your friends and family close, don't get caught up in clicks, find a good study group, thank your support system every day and let them know that this will all be worth it sooner than later. One more thing, you will find your best friends, life long friends during your time at Chamberlain. Good Luck!!!

Hi, I took my exam on 4/5 and scored 92. I reviewed my old class notes. Don't worry too much, most of these questions are basic. I hope this helps and good luck to you!:)

Hey everyone. I applied for May 2017 at the miramar campus. I received an 80 for my overall hesi scores. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. They are waiting for my high school high to be evaluated since I finished high school in Jamaica. I really hope I get in.
Hello Trisha! I was just wondering, what was your GPA? I took the hesi today and got an 80% but I am very nervous...Also, I heard that trying to get in for the Fall is harder then trying to get in any other semester...Do you know if this is true?
Thank you, Ariana

Hi qmark123,
How do you like being an RT? This field is somewhere in the my back of my head, but read so many pros and cons... I actually applied to this program for Fall 2017, since my Teas wasn't good enough for nursing. But i don't like giving up :)
I enjoy being an RT. The reason why is because you start learning about the medicine side of things. Although it focuses more on the cardiopulmonary system, you would also have to understand the Nursing side as well. So it gives you a good insight on what you as an RT do as well as learning what the Nurses do. I work mostly in the Intensive Care Units.
