I am an alumni of CCN's RN-BSN online program interested in starting the FNP program in May or July. I've been hesitant for the last year about enrollment, so I've been looking at other schools. I'm fine with the expectations for the online program and time management since I've done it before, but my main concerns about the program are locating the preceptors for clinicals, whether your degree will be acknowledged if you move to any of those states listed on their website as not accepting inquiries, and not knowing anything statistically speaking since the program is so new. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or input concerning this?

I've been to my Pediatrician's and OB-GYN and I asked them both about clinicals for FNP school and they both volunteered to precept me at their office. I honest don't think it will be an issue.

Hello,
I am also from CA and looking into the Chamberlain FNP program. What is your experience so far with the CA BRN accepting this program? I would hate to finish the program only to find out that CA will not accept it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
ChelleLynn1079, what are your thoughts about Chamberlain's FNP program now? When do you graduate?
My admission counselor called today and asked me if I wanted to start in May instead of July. I decided to go ahead and start early. Anyone starting the FNP program at Chamberlain on May 4, 2015?

Hi graceyuan77, just want to know how are you liking the program so far? Have you gotten as far as finding a preceptor? I'm also in the bay area and looking into attending chamberlain's online MSN.
Did you find out more information about this? I'm also in california and would like more information on this.
Hi Beezy RN, Just want to get your opinion on chamberlain's fnp program, I'm thinking of applying but since it's a new program, i'm concerned about the amt of preparation they offer for students to sit for the boards. Have you started your clinicals? Thank you
