Cedars-Sinai RN New Grad 2011

Just wanted to know if anyone here got an e-mail invitation on Cedars-Sinai RN New Grad Program. I had my phone interview with them on December 29th. I received my e-mail today inviting me to the hiring event Open House for the Program on January 19th. I'm soooo nervous. It's been almost a year since I graduated and I finally got my first in-person interview! It's been so hard on all of us graduates! Let's hope for the best! :D

I was planning on putting surgical ICU. Is there anyone else out there that also wants to put ICU?? I'm nervous because I know they don't hire straight into the ICU and we do M/S first.

I'm putting down pediatrics. Hopefully they will have a spot open after the initial couple of months in m/s. Good luck!

Did you guys single space or double space the personal statement? I'm thinking of doing 1.5 spacing

mine is single spaced..... was there a set of interviews yesterday? just wondering if anyone had been invited to go on the 6th (i thought i read someone earlier in this thread did) and how it went if anyone knows

this may be a dumb question, but is the "cover sheet" they're asking for the same as the "cover LETTER" or is it literally just a cover sheet with our name, gpa, and area of interest?? thanks

I think just a cover sheet with you name. I seem to remember that they already asked for a cover letter with the online application, right? :up:
