CCBC, Fall 2011 Applicants =)

Hello Everyone,

Here we go again! This is my second time applying to CCBC's nursing program. I look forward to chatting with everyone as we wait for the GOOD news! I believe things happen for a reason! I have good faith that Fall 2011 is going to be my turn for acceptance. I guess we will see if I am right.

For anyone who was not accepted this Spring, we can be a great support system for each other :).

Really? Hm, that seems odd that everyone's status would not change at the same time. Did she meet all the requirements? Maybe she didn't really qualify for admission, that's all I could think of.

anyone else get a rejection letter, or know someone who has? this could be a good thing for some of us. babyjade, did your friend meet all requirements (good question ksm)?

Actually, now that I think about it... The pink cards that are sent out say weather of not you met all requirements.

Maybe they finished e/w first. Who knows. I do know that it is only a few more weeks now and we will find out.

I hope they finished e/w first! :-D Hopefully it's a good indication that I'll hear something soon; or maybe they sent a "rejected" batch out first!

I know for a fact that she definitely completed all of her prerequisites. She also got a pink card a while ago telling her that she met the requirements. Im guessing they sent the evening weekend info out earlier but I really am not sure why she got a rejection letter and none of you have had any response from the school.

Thanks so much for the info / heads up! :-D This makes me even more anxious to hear now because I'm in the same boat - I'm finished my pre-requisites and I received my pink card in March telling me that I met requirements and that I would hear mid-May, so who knows, maybe they'll be right on schedule regarding the time frame.

But I definitely haven't seen anything in the mail and my status online still shows my application being under review. :-(

I'm beginning to wonder if they won't update your status online as a way of throwing people off regarding the process. I wouldn't be surprised because by now, regardless of what the Dean said, they should be finished with the review process.

I didn't get any mail today, not even a damn circular, so hopefully tomorrow will be something!

So disappointing. I thought the mailman deliberately skipped my house or something. Hopefully our mailman/mail woman will have letters for us soon! I realllllllly think this week will bear some news for us. :-D I just have a feeling, it's sooner than they're leading us to believe.

I didn't get anything from CCBC in the mail (other than a bill for the summer semester)!!! I am going crazy with this wait. Has anyone heard of anyone else receiving notification??? Its crazy that only one person has so far!
