I tried taking it to the post office but it cost 7.50 to check and if it wasn't cashed, or someone cashed it I'd have to resubmit the application anyways. Figured I'd just let the first 10$ go, even if I got my money back I'd only really get 2.50 back lol. I went back and re-read this whole thread and it looked like ppl got their clearances back relatively quickly.... So I'm hoping mine does this time. I mean, it can't get lost twice right? That's just crazy! I still have to get shoes, a stethescope, and bandage cutters. I bought my watch two days ago :)

Does anyone know from previous classes if they have clinicals the first week? I have classes Mon and sat and my clinicals are wed. So I start the 18th and have my 1st clinical wed the 20th.

I think based on how the women signing us up for classes said you need to have the lab before going to clinicals. So if your first lab is on Saturday the 23rd then you shouldn't have clinical until the 27th.

That sucks with the money order, my office usually doesn't charge unless you need proof of it being cashed. I wonder if we're doing it wrong or they are.

But I think the lab is immediately following the class... 3 hr lecture then the 3 hr lab..... 2 classes a week and 1 day of clinicals.

Oh, my schedule has both lectures on Monday, then the 2 labs on Tuesday and my clinical is on Wednesday. I thought the lectures were together on Monday for everyone.

Can anyone post the time/date and location for our orientation? I'm on vacation and can't look at the letter or my calendar at home, and forgot to enter to into my phone calendar >__

It's at 3:00 at the same place we had the first orientation. We should to do the drug test this week right?

Does anyone know if we need to bring our red-flag medications in with us to the test, submit pictures to Certified Profile, or if they'll call and do it separately when it shows up on the drug test? I take Adderall and Fiorecet with Codeine so I know my test is going to come back with stuff on it, but every place is different.

You take a prescription with codeine in it and they won't care? I thought they were pretty strict about that.

They will care, you have to show proof of prescription. It just depends on how they go about doing that--on the testing center's end, a third party (cert. profile) or ccac.
