Hi there! I'm writing the CRNE tomorrow and wanted to start this thread to get some chatter going to support each other. Anyone else writing tomorrow?
I'm nervous....somewhat! It's kind of a strange feeling actually. If I really let myself think about it, it frightens me to death, but then other times I'm completely calm. KWIM?? Anyone else going through these mix of emotions?
Anyway, I have to go get ready since I have to drive an hour and half out of town to write, and we're actually spending the night tonight.
Good luck to you all!
Congratulations to all those who have gotten good news this week. To those still waiting, fingers are crossed. Those who weren't successful have our commiseration.
Editor's Note: Please don't post entirely in CAPITAL letters. That's the web form of shouting and although we're all excited about good news, allnurses Netiquette requests that proper English, use of capital letters, spelling and grammar be used. For those who are IENs it's great practice for all that charting you're going to be doing soon...
I passed!!!!! It was helpful looking on here as I was starting to panic that I hadn't heard.
I am British and had been working on an interim permit since arriving in Jan. I just worked through 2 different books full of past papers plus did the online test.
I live in BC, the result was in a white A4 envelope.
Yeah!!!!!
Congrated to all of you whom passed. I did write the nclex nothing like the Canadian exam. KNOW ALL YOUR DX.'s PROCESS. The American exam is easy. It is not psychosocial. I would start to study. When I took the exam six years ago . It shut down after 75 question's. I passed one attempt. I,m concerned I won't pass the Canadian exam ? What do you think? There's a lot of what would you do if on the Canadian one is there not. ( psychosocial) ? I have always practiced in U.S.A. and now am going to try Canada. I hope I like it. What do you all think? Any opinions out there? The license part is a long wait! applied April 27 th. Still no word yet.
P.S. Please excuse my typing as I'm new to computer's and I'm much older then most of you. They say life begins after 50 ! lol
All the Best to you young ladies!

ONTARIO candidates got their results in a regular-sized envelope. We need to hear from those in BC for you to know what yours will look like. Remember? Each province sends out their own results.
