Hi evryone,its really hard to get into hospitals without experience....LTC homes experience doesn't matter...one recruiter said to me that sometimes its right time to apply and u get hired,so keep on applying..i got my license in sept.09 but still looking for job in hospitals...its really frustrating and killing me now...if someone can give tips to find job from their experience,thanks in advance for them...so gud luck to all.

Thanks for your kind suggestions.Is BCLS of 4 hour duration course?How I can apply for RN job through employmnt agencies or direct to hospitals and nursing homes.Plz suggest me.

I'm so sorry about that;Are u living in B.C. dat means wait is over now; I think temp. licence will cancel if someone fail the exam.Gud luck for those who r waiting.

Hi abcdefghijKIRA, I heard that successful candidates get only Pass remarks whereas unsuccessful candidates get full evaluation of their exam; may be dats d logic behind dis; Gud Luck.
