in ncsbn, CPR, it says there, if you fail nclex you will get CPR.
they said I passed, they confirmed to me on email, then why they sent me candidate test report? is it the same with CPR?

you said it the same, if its the same, why others say here, why they gave me candidate test report? when I passed, I saw too in ncsbn.org website for those you have failed will be given CPR, then why I have candidate test report, even its not the same as CPR the meaning is actually pretty the same. This is the whole thing I am asking because I'm confused. And someone told maybe they probably different for foreign applicant.

Candidate test report is NOT the same as candidate performance report. Candidate test report (not forwarded by all BoN) simply states pass or fail. If you pass and meet all other criteria you are issued a license, as in this scenario
A candidate test report that indicates fail is accompanied by a candidate performance report that indicates where a candidate was above, at, near or below the passing standard in each domain so the candidate can create a targeted study plan for their next attempt.
In summary a candidate test report just indicates results and IS NOT THE SAME as a candidate performance report (CPR) which is only issued to those who fail the NCLEX.
this is the whole thing I am asking for some clarification. hahais, why is it there are some people making this issue so difficult. whew.

Just to clairify, you DO NOT need to be ABOVE PASSING STANDARD in all 8 categories to pass the NCLEX-RN Examination.
Yes you do. I know personally one person and have seen several CPR posted on this site. Above passing in most areas and near passing in a single domain = failure.
