You may call your board of nursing that you applied for then ask for that. But if you are not a foreign graduare nurse, I guess you don't have to, because mine I think the CPR for my USCIS processing.

yes it says there that all passed scored should be submitted and it is valid for 2 years, but it does not says there if combine scores are accepted, I got that info from my friend.

Good day, Guys, I would like to ask about ielts test result can be combine as one for visa screen application, I'm a foreign nurse wishing to work in the US, last year 2015 I took my ielts exam I got only 6.0 overall band score and speaking is 7, and this year I took again my exam and I got 6.5 overall band score and speaking is 6.5. :cry: These results can be accepted? thank you so much!

nclex pass report can be accepted for filing priority date, but for license by endorsement it would not be accepted. Oh well I don't how to ask for request of said document. Hmmm, nursys.com, I will try this one. :) tnx

NCLEX Pass Report (you may request to NCSBN / PEARSONVUE / or send an email the state where you passed the NCLEX exam) this was the requirement what they need aside from license or the certificate. because I was applying for my agency, the sad part my BON just emailed me today, the license and certificate that was sent on nov. 7 last year was brought back to them, and they will send it again.

you said it the same, if its the same, why others say here, why they gave me candidate test report? when I passed, I saw too in ncsbn.org website for those you have failed will be given CPR, then why I have candidate test report, even its not the same as CPR the meaning is actually pretty the same. This is the whole thing I am asking because I'm confused. And someone told maybe they probably different for foreign applicant.

Its okey, if you encounter the same question, it definitely test you if you knew the answer. In my situation before, I used Saunders Q&A, I have encounter too the same with you, questions where I already took up, but in different format just to test if I knew the answer. The important thing, is that you should need to answer like 2 hours straight or more to maintain your stamina in taking the exam, so you would have your focus on your entire hour of exam. I know you knew that in real exam, your going through a lot more stress compared to studying. So just continue what you doing right now, I bet you will nail this exam. :)
