  1. Hi, I would like to ask if anyone experience this ... I passed Ca NCLEX RN in 2009, no SSN that time so did not get license. Transferred score to another state but did not get license either. Now I have my SSN, applied to Ca to get my license, was advised to apply by licensure by examination, I submitted all the requirements, then my analyst stated that my situation is different due to the fact that I don't have a license in any state and that I can't apply for licensure by examination as I already passed the NCLEX and that I can't apply for endorsement either as I didn't have a license to endorse. Very confused here! Now she (analyst) was asking me to have my score transferred back to CA and only then they will continue to move on with my file/application. Any thoughts, help, advise, support will be greatly appreciated.
  2. Hi MelaiRN, Were you able to get your test results from NMI? Have you ever applied for your USRN license in California when you got your SSN? If yes, did California ask for verification of NCLEX results from NMI where you transferred your score? Thank you for any help.

  4. Yes, on the form, it says that. But we're not supposed to give it to PRC. Ca BRN want the diploma to be verified by the DFA? I submitted a request to my school, and my school did the CAV-CHED and DFA Apostille. It's still in process, though. It depends on your school if they do everything. If not, apply to your school for your diploma, then go to CHED for the CAV (certification, authentication, and verification) and DFA for the Apostille. I hope this helps.
  5. Hi. You said you were not a registered nurse from the Philippines and are applying for NCLEX RN. Where did you study nursing? If you're an internationally educated nurse, I know that Ca BRN requires an international diploma verification to sit NCLEX RN. For the Philippines, you must go to the DFA (dept of foreign affairs for the warranty).
  6. Hi. Why did you receive the international diploma verification form? What are you applying for?
  7. Thanks for your reply. I only asked about NMI as I read on this thread that she transferred her NCLEX score to NMI from California, so Cali does not have a record of her passing so she needed to get the report from NMI. I also had a transfer score to another BON from Ca BRN. Saying this, I got an email from OK BON with my NCLEX RN pass report. Thanks for your help. Sorted ?
  8. Hi MelaiRN, Were you able to get your NCLEX pass letter from NMI? How did you go about this? I'm in the same situation as you have been. Thanks for any help.

  10. Hi all. I need to obtain a verification of NCLEX RN pass result/report from Oklahoma BON. I tried calling but the board is not answering. Tried looking on their online site but I can't find any forms for this request. Hoping that someone might help. Thanks.
  11. Hi. Thank you for the reply. Were you able to get yours? I am a foreign graduate nurse.
  12. Hi @arvi, I know it's been a long time since you asked this question but may I know what steps did you do to request for your NCLEX pass report? Did you call NCSBN or Pearson Vue? I've got the same dilemma . Thanks
  13. Can anyone help please? I passed CA NCLEX RN in 2009, no SSN that time so didn't get license. I transferred my score from california to oklahoma but didn't get license from oklahoma either. Now I got my SSN and reapplying to get my license in california. I passed all requirements including the pass letter but then my analyst emailed to say that there's no record that I pass the CA NCLEX. My question is: where can I obtain a verification that I pass the NCLEX? thanks for any help.
  14. Thank you @Hzl for your reply. Have you done this requirement yourself? how long did the process take? Your reply is an immense help for me, thanks again.
