hi i'm a newly graduate and a local board passer here in the philippines..... i'm having difficulties looking a job here in our country, i almost spent my savings applying to any hospital i know, but still there is no single ring i heard to my telephone...huhuhu =( can any one help me to my problem in looking a job here so that i can have a good experience in a hospitals:o:bowingpur:nurse:????

dont wait for their call because they dont give applicants that notice for exam. you should do walk in and you will immediately take the exam. i have been waiting for their call for 2 months then decided to drop by their HR office. now i am waiting in vain for the result because thats only the time they will inform you through telephone call whether you passed the exam and initial interview. :coollook::cry::cry:

St. Luke's Medical Center's new site which will be in taguig, is screening for nurses, and other allied health workers, as well as for administrative positions. Bring resume and 1x1 pic at the 16th floor of St. Lukes Cathedral heights Bldg. Please hurry, Training will start by August, so we still have time to apply there. Dont be confused, head at the QC site. Since the new site wont open until August 2009, training will be at QC first. Hand your resume to the guard on duty, then fill up the form coming from the hospital (the guard will give it to you) and wait for the call back for an initial interview.

Its an advantage if you have BLS and IVT if youre a nurse. So, go earn your cerificates Asap!!

That was also my problem, way back 2007, because up to this moment only volunteer jobs and you will be the one to pay for your trainings, but Thank God that even though I have no hospital experience, I was lucky to be hire here in Riyadh Military Hospital, in which the salary is good, free accommodation and round trip plane ticket every year...plus you can double your salary if you have overtime....

when I apply here in riyadh military hospital, my agency in the philippines, ask me for the usual stuff that we are doing for our application, like resume, passport, TOR, license, etc...

same here still jobless.. I have a friend who is bound to take up the initial in Phil.Heart Center this coming May 26.. I thought that they are on freeze hiring.. What I'm perplexed off was that if you have a "backer" then most probably the HR will schedule you for an exam.. I'm one of those unfortunate nurses who don't have this called "connection system".. I'm so sad and frustrated about these policy.
