hi i'm a newly graduate and a local board passer here in the philippines..... i'm having difficulties looking a job here in our country, i almost spent my savings applying to any hospital i know, but still there is no single ring i heard to my telephone...huhuhu =( can any one help me to my problem in looking a job here so that i can have a good experience in a hospitals:o:bowingpur:nurse:????

I actually saw your name in the 300 but unfortunately, I was not able to see you and I have to go to A2 with my friends. I was wearing apple green polo shirt earlier. Anyway, I know 3 nurses who are also assigned in Mactan, 300 ran out of forms and they had to wait until 1pm for it that's maybe why you weren't able to meet some of those who were assigned in Mactan. If I happen to meet you on June 29, I'll be happy to introduce you to them and maybe you can arrange to co-share an apartment.

@messageinabox.. I was there in 300 Building.. I wore a purple shirt.. Maybe I saw you waiting in the lobby of 300 but wasn't able to identify you either..haha.. We finished fixing all our requirements by 10 AM so went home early.. On June 29.. maybe I should be more gutsy enough to announce in our contract signing if who we're those assigned in Mactan Air Base.haha.. ( fall in line children and follow nurse messageinabox..haha ):bow::bow::bow:.. Thanks for the help messageinabox!! God Bless!!!:D

on the other hand, I just want to inform others regarding what I happen to stumble upon in LAS PINAS.

there was a placement for nurses bound for doha, qatar there in front of perpetual help hospital. the guy there said it was one day processing but I think they need those with 2 years exp. bring the usual credentials

Hello fellow nurses,

NARS batch 2 application is on-going. You can apply online at http://www.nars.dole.gov.ph. Here's their list of qualifications:

  • With valid nurse license issued by the PRC
  • Not over 35 years old
  • Resident of the identified municipalities
  • No nursing-related practice for the past 3 years

Nurse applicants who are dependents of workers affected by the Global Crisis based on the list provided by the DOLE Regional office shall be given priority in the selection.

As far as I know, they are in need of another 5,000 nurses for this batch.

I think they won't be able to entertain applicants at this time. But here's the thing, should there be an application withdrawal or vacancy come June 29 I'll post it here as soon as get home to update you guys. Our contract signing/briefing will be on June 29 and 30 and that's the time they will be able to check if all nursing posts are already filled or if they need additional personnel.

Hi, i want to thank you for all the info you have posted in this site. It helped a lot of Fil nurses. I am hoping for the posiblity that PAF may open their doors for interview soon. Is there chances????
