California's 2011 New Grad Program

When I saw that Torrence Memorial had closed their applications to their New Grad program starting in March 2011 I realized we needed a new grad 2011 thread! The 2010 thread was a great place to ask questions and get answers about upcoming new grad opportunities. So let's make this thread the same. :)

First off, When did you graduate?

1.open house (required prior to interview) see dates above

2.first interview for selected candidates (may16 th & 17th, 2011) 1 hour interviews with 5 clinical directors

3.second interview for selected candidates (may18th, & 19th, 2011) 20 minute interviews with department staff

4.hire offer (mailed by may 26th, 2011)

I was told by the recruiter at Ukiah today that they are hiring 16 out of 310 applicants. I will be at the open house on April 28th. Good luck!

Are those 310 applicants the ones they invited to the Open House or total that applied overall?

Has any applied to/ gotten a response/ or has any information regarding Methodist Hospital of Southern Cali (in arcadia)? I applied on 4/12 to their new grad program (note they're only taking 12 people) and my application says "reviewed" but nothing so far? any info would be appreciated! thanks!
