I know it's still a bit early, but I was wondering if anyone is applying for the Fall of 2016 program at Calhoun?

Futurenurse1028 I feel the same way! Thankfully I have my kids to chase around lol.

Leahbekah I've been thinking the same thing about needing to find a sitter. My husband can sorta make his own hours, but sometimes he has to stay at work later. Now that we're going to have to be there two nights a week it'doesn't probably be best to just have someone already in place.

Qharris at the Q&A on the 10th they said they thought the cut off for last year was a 150-160 so maybe that'll be enough to get in!

Hi, I'm applying for the day RN program and I just took my microbiology class in the minisemester. It hasn't been added to my transcript and I don't know what to do about it. Any advise would be appreciated on what to do. THANKS!

I'd contacted the chair of the nurses department. You can find her contact info in the director on the site.

I went to the admissions office, and they said we will have to put it on our application, and they will contact the office for our grade. I sent an email to the nursing secretary to find out where on the application she wants it. I will report back when I hear from her.

Here is her reply

"For the mini-term course write your grade in the appropriate box and note, either beside or below the course, that it was taken in the 1st mini-term and we will have admissions verify your grade."

Is anyone else going to come to the final info section on monday? Even though I have already been to one, I've decided to go to this one also just to learn as much as I can about the changes to the program. The secretary said that each info section, the dean has shared more with the groups and she recommended going again. :) The secretary is super nice and helpful. Just wondering if any of you will be there.

And the wait begins...got my application in today. Now to try and not think about it...

I feel this month has just been dragging since I turned in my application. I've started to thinking about time in chunks instead of days. Like this weekend is easter, then everything is chucked until April 10th when my next exam is. Lol I'm trying to trick myself into think the next 6 weeks will just fly by.
