Anyone applying to calhoun community college spring 2015??

Cut off for Fall was 135 Day and 136 PTE...not sure about Spring, but I've heard it has been lower as well. Good Luck!

Thanks for the info. I have 147 points, but I have not had any Algebra, so I have to take a placement test and do well to qualify. Thank goodness for Khan Academy!

Khan is great! My husband and I use it, as well as our kids! With 147, I'd say your in there....they say Spring cut off is usually lower than Fall.

Hi everyone

I am also applying for the 2015 spring, LPN - RN. Does anyone know what the minimum score accepted on the teas to be accepted? Also, do you know if classes that were withdrawn from count against your GPA?

Hey! I am applying for Spring 2015. I take the TEAS tomorrow and I should already be asleep but I'm so anxious :eek: I can't sleep! My points will likely be in the 130's so I am praying that I get in. I just can't imagine waiting another semester. Hopefully the few of us on here are the only ones applying lol YEAH RIGHT! I'm taking A&P II right now, so that's why I'm so low on points...I have EVERYTHING else done. I heard the cut-off is lower for Spring as well!

Just curious how do people get this "cut-off" info? I have asked people in Advising and in the department and I get talked to like I am the biggest irritation of the day and get no answers so I just back off lol

There's going to be a orientation session at the Decatur Campus where you will be able to get information about the program and cut off scores; Wednesday at 1:00pm.

I applied for Fall 2014, and did not make the cut (I did not have Micro completed). In my denial letter they told me the cut off was 135 Day and 136 PTE...I had 124 pts...now that I have completed ALL courses, I have 162 pts. so it makes a huge difference to have it all done.
