Hi, everyone

wanted to know how many of you here are applying to cal state east bay program for the fall of 2012? i know the application doesn't open for another week, but i'm already really nervous about it. for those of you who applied last year what does the application consist of (the supplemental)? any essays?

I have also not taken my teas yet, i know the final day to submit our scores is feburary 15 for the teas. i have bought a few review books one directly from ati and a few from amazon to prepare for the test.

I would really love to get in the program since my other option is USF which is really costly.

anybody else here is going to apply or is studying for the teas test?

My over all GPA so far is 3.79... and it will improve the end of this sememster, im taking my last 2 pre reqs this semester.

what teas score do you think i need to know im granteed to get in?

tell me your stats, lets make freinds and prepare to apply.

thanks,

NIA

Hi everyone, I got the acceptance email today too! I'm not sure if I will be accepting though since I was also admitted to entry-level master's programs. So, there should be one more space for someone on the alternate list :) Good luck and congrats!!

I got accepted...here are my stats: 4.0 pre-req GPA and 83% TEAS score. I am #19 on SFSU's wait list (my first choice), but don't know what I am going to do yet. Does anyone know how the two schools compare??

Do you think we are on the wait list, sine we have not heard anything yet? Did your friend with the 4.0 hear yet?

I've got in!!! Funny, I've got rejected from SFSU and got in here... Not sure I'll be accepting the offer, though...

Good luck to everyone!

Yes I'm in just got the email .....so exciting finally the wait is over....

My stats were 3.88 pre req GPA and 84 teas test ....oh and I also filled in the launguage form.... I'm sure that helped a lot...

So any of you guys commuting from Pleasanton/ San Ramon area to the concord campus? That's definately my choice

Hey guys,

I got accepted as well. I'm not sure if I will accept the offer yet though. I really wanted to go to SFSU but I was waitlisted, so I think I may stay at USF, I would like to get your opinions on the two schools?

If you had to pick which would it be?

And my stats are not that strong so I have NO idea how I got in besides prayer!!

TEAS 80.0%, Overal GPA 3.64 and prerequisite GPA 3.8ish.

So it's not about 4.0's!

I would pick based on where I would like to work once I'm finished. I meet a lot of new grads who get hired at the places they did their clinicals.

UCSF is definitely where I would want to work at :)

Then definitely stay at USF. It's a great school as long as you can afford it!

That's the thing, I will be in a lot of debt .___.
