it says 3-4 weeks i sent in a money order they got it last friday, called them this monday and they said another 10 days just to see it online,FALSE this morning it was there online issued yesterday july 28 so it was only 2 days instead of 10 so maybe it will be 10 days to get the physical license, i will see when i get back to CA if it is in the mail before the 10days

MrsLRJ, Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I went ahead and drove to the Sacramento office, I got my temporary license which allows me to work as an LVN until I receive the actual license in the mail. The temp license was no extra charge, so I went ahead and got it:nurse:

Still Waiting for Enforcement to clear my ticket. Its been 3 weeks since i got my passing results and its been 5 weeks since I sent my documents to enforcement stating that my ticket had been paid. It was just a ticket! A regular ticket. Nothing else is on my record. Can somebody please tell me why enforcement is taking so long!

Congratulations to everyone receiving their results.

I took my test July 10 @ 8am and got my results in the mail July 31 (within 3 weeks)!!

I PASSED! :w00t:

Oh..and PVT proves to be true once again :-)

i took mine at in fresno!

I took my PN exam on July 14th and I got my letter this morning! I PASSED :D

It took them less than 3 weeks to send my results, pretty fast for california!

I took mine in San Diego :]

It was just a ticket! A regular ticket. Nothing else is on my record. Can somebody please tell me why enforcement is taking so long!

I sent my documents in may. I just received my letter today that I passed and they still need to "review" it. I called them today and they said it can take anywhere from 30-60 days from the day you passed for them to get back to you since they have so many cases to handle. I know, it's a pain in the butt... I sent mine in a LONG time ago (2mo+) and they still haven't even reviewed it! oh well, at least we know we passed!! Congrats! :D:yeah:

Did you also get a ticket? If so how did you get your document certified. I told the court clerk I needed a paper stating that my ticket had already been paid. I told her to stamp it for me. Does that sound certified to you

i took the board exam 7/27 and i just got the result today... pretty quick for CA ( exactly 1 week and 2 days). i passed the exam! PVT works.... =D i am so happy!!!! goodluck everyone!!!

Is anybody dealing with enforcement right now? If so , how long have you been waiting for an answer?

I was dealing with enforcement.

I sent my paper work on January 4th 2010 , I took the exam on June 12, 2010. I received my pass letter on July 28, and I knew that my was going to be held up, so I called and my case was the first one on her desk, but dont forget, my had been waiting for 7months!

I passed on the second try, so my case was just waiting, to be look at. I just mailed in my 150.00 on August 5, and they just recieved it today.

So for anyone who has to deal with enforcement, be patient.
