  1. well ive been waiting for enforcement to say yes to my license for almost 3 months now. I cant believe it. All for a speeding ticket that i paid for and went to traffic school for about 2 years ago. This is the only thing on my record. i passed my exam 5months ago. Enforcement has been "reviewing" my ticket for 3 months now.
  2. Is anybody dealing with enforcement right now? If so , how long have you been waiting for an answer?
  3. Did you also get a ticket? If so how did you get your document certified. I told the court clerk I needed a paper stating that my ticket had already been paid. I told her to stamp it for me. Does that sound certified to you
  4. Still Waiting for Enforcement to clear my ticket. Its been 3 weeks since i got my passing results and its been 5 weeks since I sent my documents to enforcement stating that my ticket had been paid. It was just a ticket! A regular ticket. Nothing else is on my record. Can somebody please tell me why enforcement is taking so long!
  5. why is enforcement taking so long? I just need them to clear my speeding ticket. Im still waiting. I got my results 2 weeks ago. I passed. But my license application has been postponed til they clear my ticket.
  6. Im still waiting for enforcement to clear my ticket. I got my results a week ago today. However in the letter it stated that enforcement has delayed the processing of my license application until my conviction record has been evaluated. REALLY! It was just a speeding ticket. I went to traffic school and paid the fine. Nothing major. I have nothing else on my background. Just a ticket. I want my license already! Does anybody have something similar like this going on. How does enforcement work. How much longer should i expect to wait before i can send a check for my license.
  7. i listed it. They told us to list anything over 300 dollars
  8. i received a letter from dca not the one with a photo, saying that i passed, but they had to finish there investigagtion. The ticket was 380 dollars. This is the only thing on my record, i just have a speeding ticket. What does this mean? Whats next and how long should i expect to wait?
  9. I got my results today. It took 7 weeks 3 days. However i cant get my license until enforcement reviews my speeding ticket that i got last year. :mad:It was just a regular speeding ticket that i paid and went to traffic school for. There was no legal problems. I sent the info they needed June 30th. Does anybody have any idea how long they take to review something like that?
  10. What day are they working on. I took mine May 25th.
  11. so yo havent got your results saying that you passed yet?
  12. hang in there. Do you know what day they are working on at bvnpt for mailing out results.
  13. when did u take your test
  14. No, it was a regular paid ticket last year. No complications, I paid the fine and went to traffic school.
  15. I took my nclex-pn on May 25. On around June 23, I received a letter from enforcement stating that they needed me to submit documents about a speeding ticket and that I had to submit a written letter in order for my license application to be processed. I sent out the documents and the letter and I was told that they were received on June 30th but that they have not been reviewed. I was wondering if anybody knows if I will be getting my Nclex results anytime soon or do I have to wait for enforcement to review my documents before my nclex results are mailed. I would appreciate a reply. Thank You very much. I took my nclex may 25th. Its been 6 weeks 5 days.
