Hello. I'm applying for NCLEX-PN here in Cali Method 3. I just want to ask a few questions. First, do I need to fill up the Record of Nursing Experience? I don't have any experience yet.

Record of Nursing Program, TOR, RLE, Proof of Pharma hours: Are these the needed docs I need from my school? I just wanna be organized. Please help me. Thank you very much.

I also have an additional question. Do I really need to submit my HS diploma? Is my TOR enough that I already graduated HS?

This is the simplest instruction.

Send the record of nursing program to your school and once your school is done. Let them send it to YOU with the other stuff like RLE and TOR in a sealed envelope. Once you got it. Send the VN application, fee,picture, fingerprint, copy of your highschool diploma, record of conviction form plus the sealed envelope from your school to bvnpt.

Yes you have to submit you HS diploma, if you're license in different country send it as well, if not you can send your BSN diploma if you have as well and then wait for DECLARATION OF EDUCATION form :)

how come you don't have HS diploma?? I think you have to send it. inregardless of your BSN diploma. are you from Phils. too? :)
