Hello,

I have just completed my application for the BSN program at UFV for the September 2014 Intake. I thought I would start this thread for anyone wanting to share their thoughts, ask some questions etc. The deadline is fast approaching! As far as I know interviews take place in March and decisions usually are done in May. I have a sister who is in fourth semester at UFV and is loving it! She found this site very helpful while going through the application process as it tends to be a long one!

So is it 16 for LPN access and 16 for the 4 year program?

I was wrong. Of the 48 people accepted, 8 were chosen for the LPN access.

I thought it was 48 traditional students + 8 lpn access per fall intake?

It's 32 - 4 year, 16 - 3 year and 8 LPN. The 8 LPN actually join the previous September's intake (semester 3) replacing the 16 - 3 year from that intake. Then for semester 5 the LPN access students join the 3 year students from that same intake and continue on to finish with them. :)

Hi guys,

I was accepted into the Fall 2014 4 year BSN program and was wondering if there is another page that has been created for communication among students?! I have some questions and was wondering if some of you had the answers to them.

I saw that Facebook has pages for previous years but could not find a current one.

Congrats!!! Yes there is a Facebook page made.

Search for the group called "UFV Nursing Class of 2014-2018"

I just handed in all my documents and final paperwork!!! I am extremely nervous! This is going to be the longest few months of my life I think!!!

Im strssing about the interview also. I've found a few good websites with good info, but does anyone else know anything?

Are any of you in the LPN Access to BSN at UFV? I was just accepted for fall 2015, and was wondering what the course load is like in semester 3, I plan on taking the Patho course in the fall as well.

No, not me. When were you accepted?

I was accepted april 23
