Broward College Spring 2021

Hey guys! Anyone planning on applying for the January/Spring 2021 start date at Broward? I know the applications just opened up.

Does anyone know how many applied to the full time program? I heard that less than 1/2 of who applied to the part time were accepted.

OK guys.. You are going to end up confusing yourselves! Please just pay attention to what is in YOUR Email. Do not compare acceptance emails. 

As @barbiedoll2244 stated, in Fall students were split into two groups, 1 and 2.

This is the same for January. If you received an email that DOES NOT indicate a group, you can consider yourself group 1. The ONLY emails that stated a group are the ones that stated Group 2 and they were given very specific instructions.

There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page.  This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed.

Does anybody know if there is an alternative list ?? And if so how can I find out ...

I haven't heard anything about an alternates list...but Nichole would be the one who would know that.  Have you tried emailing her?

Does anyone know how long (how many terms and how long time wise) both the part time and full time programs are? I am trying to make a decision between the two options.

Full time is 5 semesters; part time is 10 semesters.

Thank you @ndrullard Do we really have to take the Summer semesters off? I heard someone say that but I wasn't sure. 

I'm just thinking that would make full time 2.5 years if the Summer semester doesn't count?
