Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.
The deadline is October 26, not today
Hey Nichole,
I know you're super busy and you had tons of emails to respond to.... but some of us still haven't gotten a response to our seat acceptance. Are you guys still going through emails or is there a chance our emails didn't go through? Just checking since deadline is tomorrow. Thank you so much!

Yes, I am still working through them. This week I will be going through all my responses to make sure I have everyone marked on my list. For those who haven't received a response, you should receive a response this week as I work through the emails.
When emails went out, I sent out over 300+ so you can imagine how many responses, questions, etc. I have received back.
If you do not hear from me by Friday afternoon (late afternoon, not noon) email me.

Yeah I had a feeling you were still going through lots of emails. That's why I wrote here... didn't want to add another email to your list. Thank you so much for your quick response! :)
Hello Future RN's!
I THINK I have finished replying to everyone. If you have not received a response back from me, please forward me your original email that shows you had responded before the deadline date confirming your attendance. The deadline to respond has passed. No exceptions are being made for late responders.
Pre-admissions is just around the corner so I thought I would share these reminders again!
** We ask that you limit guests. Many times we do not have seating for the guests and they have to wait outside the auditorium.
** Please bring a BLUE or BLACK pen (no colored pens, no pencils)
** Please be prompt. If you are unsure where the SIM center is on Central campus, drive there before the meeting. I will not let anyone in once I close the doors.
Allow extra time for parking and to walk to the SIM center.
** No open food or drink is allowed in the auditorium. Closed water bottles and coffee cups are fine. Please make sure to take the trash with you when you leave.
** If you have a time/date conflict with your scheduled meeting, please email me as soon as possible so we can accommodate you in another session. I just ask that you do not ask to be changed just because friends are attending a different session. Seats are limited in each session. (I should have accommodated everyone now so I do not foresee any future changes)
** Dress is casual... Please no short shorts, short dresses, low cut tops, cut off shirts, see through clothing, pajamas, etc. Jeans, sneakers, sandals are fine. Look presentable.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

It depends.... Sometimes its during orientation, other times its after. Just depends on when and if seats become available.
