Broward College Nursing Program January 2017

Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.

Hello! I've applied for the nursing program as well and got awarded points now but I received an email asking to provide information I've already provided. Has anyone else had that happen? It said "Provide the following: Verify Residency, Placement Determination, Official Transcript , Program Specific Application Fee of $20.00 USD, Meet with Academic Advisor."

I have provided everything previously other than meeting with an Advisor and never took any placement determination but I've never been asked about it before.

Other than that wishing luck to everyone!

If you have completed everything, you can delete the email. BC is switching to a new information system and only pieces of information are being converted right now.

You can verify everything has been turned in on your MYBC account.

No not yet mines still says "den transcript not evaluated" but Nichole said that they should be evaluated already they just have to input it. There's a checkmark for hesi exam but the other two it's a red x and no points yet :/

No update or points on mine yet. I check it everyday but I'm not really worried. Nichole said to be worried if I don't see anything end of next week. I know it will all fall into place.

My application still says it's pre-program and hasn't updated to the current semester's and still has transcripts not checked off or evaluated. Hopefully by next week it'll go into review :) Good luck to everyone, just a few more weeks left.
