Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.
Hi there! First time posting on here and I'm super nervous!!My application status says: Application in Review
but my application term says: 20161
Is this a problem or will it be corrected once decisions come out?
It doesnt necessarily affect your application. There are two term dates listed on your record. One is effective term, the other is admit term.
Which one lists 20161? And do you see points on your application?

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong page but it only says "Application term: 20161" I don't see anything other than that.... and no points yet either.

So your application has not been processed yet. Once it is processed, the ADMIT TERM will update to 20172 and you will see points and checkmarks, if everything is ok.
Hi everyone,
I thought my last post would be the one previously posted until after decisions went out. However, someone posted about the application terms, and has caused doubt among students and a ton of questions.
If your application HAS BEEN PROCESSED, you will see a status, points, and checkmarks for the requirements. The term will say 20172.
If you applied for the August term, and your application is being rolled over to the January term, you may still see 20171. It will be updated soon to reflect 20172.
If your application is in REVIEW with NO POINTS or CHECKMARKS, your application has NOT been processed yet. If you chose Nursing as your major when you applied to BC, it will automatically put your status as REVIEW until we review your record. Your admit term may not reflect 20172. It will be updated when we review your application.
If your application status shows PRE-PROGRAM, your application has NOT been processed yet.
We will update everyone's application before decisions will go out.
I hope that cleared up questions about admit terms.

Oh no! I apologize Nichole, I definelty didn't mean to stir the pot and have people freak out. We were just worried about her application and I thought that other person might of had the same issue. I wasn't trying to create extra work for you or your team. í ½í¸”
