Broward College Nursing Program January 2017

Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.

Never annoying! I totally understand where you guys are coming from. However, you have to understand where we, as an admissions team, are coming from too. This is why I make sure I take time out of my day to keep you guys posted.

When decisions get closer will you keep us updated on the date we should be finding out?

Yes! Last semester I let everyone know I would not be on the board as often while we finalized decisions.

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have the link to the fundamental and dosage calculation books in PDF form? I would love to start familiarizing myself with the material especially math since I'm not so good at it.

Someone posted the Fundamentals book in PDF like two pages ago..but I also would like if someone did have the math dosage calculations book if they can post it.

The fundamentals book is 1 edition old but I think the dosage book edition is the one we'll be using. Don't quote me on that tho. :)

Thank you very much for the dosage & calculations book! I was looking for that all weekend, I really appreciate it. My BFF is in OB now at Broward and tells me the math is very important throughout all the clinicals.
