Broward College Nursing Program January 2017

Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.

It says is on the requirements page for nursing that last day to apply for spring is September 15 so hopefully it's like all the other terms and decisions go out like October 15 in guessing right ?!

Okay thank you! I'm sure it all depends but I know for this past January term they found out around the end of September maybe beginning of October. Hopefully time goes by fast!

Also who is or has applied for keiser to re take anatomy 1? And when did you pick to start?

I cant afford to retake any classes right now so i'm just going to stay hopeful they accept me for January. I know I kind of asked this before, but I just want to double check. Okay, so if we applied for August but didn't get in I know our application rolls over to January. Is there anything else we have to do? Like notify nichole? or do we just wait?

I enrolled on Monday to Keiser University. I am retaking Anatomy 1. It's is 4 credits. It starts July 25th and it is online. The class ends August 21st.

Me too!! How do we know who our professor is? The school lets us know?

I'm starting Keiser July 25th as well but I'm doing on campus. I'm taking 3 classes for chamberlain to cut the cost more.

Maybe a dumb question lol is political science hard? What does it consist of??

I have a general question..why do people choose broward over Nova or FAU or any other schools? (Besides the money) I'm just wondering and would like some feedback!

Hello everyone!

I'm looking to apply for the January 2017 term, and I'm so excited but oh so nervous! I've done all my pre reqs, just need my transcripts to be evaluated. I've also taken the HESI and got pretty good scores except for anatomy. I took anatomy about 2 years ago, so I need to hit the books. What classes do they take in consideration for the GPA?
