I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.
I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)
My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)
I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.
Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?
Never give up on your dreams, fight for them. I've wanted to be a nurse from a young age (I'm not so young anymore). Many obstacles stood in my way , but I call the shots. PRE-ADMISSION!!!!!!!
I know I am super depressed to be an alternative I really thought looking through the forums of last August and may having a 3.0 and upper 80 Hesi would get me in guess not still hoping my alternative can become a pre admission if not will try again in January congrats to everyone
Statuses have been updated for those applicants who are being invited to join the program either as pre-admission or alternates.
Please refrain from bombarding our offices, and phones, asking what your status means. Emails will go out tomorrow explaining everyone's status, including those still in review.

Congrats to everyone that got in for those of us with a 3.0 or under it doesn't look so good being an alternate I don't have much high hopes..
