Hello!
I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.
I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)
My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)
I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.
Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?
Took the hesi today! Got a 93.2%! Submitted my application right after! So thankful I was apply to complete everything in time. Whew! I know everyone has been anxiously waiting. Hope they get through the applications quickly.
Great job!! 93.2% total for the HESI?? Speaking of that how do we calculate our HESI overall score?? Since I took mine more than once I don't know how to calculate it...praying to hear things by the end of the month!!
@Melissah416 I've heard previously that it's usually 30 days after you apply but I'm not completely sure due to there are deadlines this time around where as previously semesters and years there wasn't it was just open ended and now that the deadline was pushed back who knows!! [emoji30][emoji30]
Yes that was my cumulative score. This was My first attempt so I am not sure what the process is if it has been taken more than once. When I went to admissions today, I was told that they are shooting for the end of May. If they get behind on the apps, we are looking at up to mid June. I was told to keep checking my email though. She said that they will send out emails and to keep checking regularly.

If you take the Hesi more than once when you turn in your application to advisors make sure you have your Hesi scores papers with you and they will submit the highest ones. I took it twice and failed anatomy so when I submitted my Hesi scores she submitted all my scores and for anatomy the highest score
Ugh it's tough. My lecture teacher was awesome her tests were based off of her power points, the book helped as well. And my lab teacher kinda was similar, the midterm is what got me left with a C in lab I did so horrible but honestly I wanted to get As and it's hard but it's doable just study very hard! Use all the resources your teachers give you, quizlet is helpful too!
who was your lecture and lab professors?!
