Hi everyone I didn't see one made yet so I guess this will be the official thread for BC May 2015!

Hello everyone! I did purchase brand new Pharmacology book from bookbytes for 90 $, but after i returned it. I contacted Aggie from nursing club about that book and she said that we dont need it because professor provides powerpoints and she never purchased the book. Hope that helps!

Hello ladies!

I am sure we are all counting down the days until our freedom is over, I know I am. lol Def. trying to get all my sleep and fun in before school starts.

I was wondering if one of you can help me. It is my first time applying for financial aid and I just got the email stating that I was awarded some money. But since payment was due this morning I paid for it already. Now on myBC it says I have a certain amount of excess student funds, does that mean that I have that money left over for things that I may need? If so, does it only go towards things in the bookstore? And what happens to the money that is left over?

If u paid with credit card a refund will be issue to your credit card. If you pay with a bank card they may send you a check. It's going to take some time before you get that money back. Also for future reference, you can authorize to bookstore to use your funds.. Go to the my financial in your My BC account and authorize it

okay so I just came from the south campus bookstore I got my scrub top for $15 and bonus they also have the lab code for$8 as well they don't ring up that way because they haven't changed the barcodes yet but when you go up to the register with it the girl knows that it was supposed to be marked down to $8 so she adjusted it so just make sure that you let them know that when you get to the register. Just an FYI for all of u that still haven't bought your uniforms!

Did you buy lab coat or the jacket warm up?

Not sure. They only had the one. It's all white button down and short with long sleeves that fit snug on the wrist. Looks like a lab coat (I'm comparing it to the one I already have that I use for work) are there any significant differences??

You got the right one.. From my understanding they only allow to warm up.. It's not much of a difference. The coats are generally thicker
