  1. I apologize. I asked my friend who's still at North she said starting January they stopped allowing calculators. I guess to make it equal across all campuses. Only the new incoming people though the students further along can still use them. She also said once your in process 2 and beyond you can use them. This started in January after I left so I wasn't aware. Sorry for the misinformation.
  2. Also if you go to North they let you use a calculator for math.
  3. All 3 campuses uses the SIM center.
  4. Thanks I appreciate that! And I appreciate your receptiveness to feedback! Don't get me wrong I had some struggles at North like any campus haha but with hard work and dedication it's doable and that's what I want these new future nurses to understand. :)
  5. Just from what I've seen on past Allnurses threads and heard from other students. I can only speak for North and I had a good experience. Hope this won't be used against me
  6. Hey. All campuses have their faults but to me the best campus is North. Go to North if you can. Central next. South last.
  7. Hey Guys! Congrats to all of you who made it! I stumbled across your thread and figured I'd pop in. I started BC's nursing program in May 2015 and just graduated this past December 2016. It was a long, tortorus, exhausting road but I made it. Now Im at the next chapter and studying for nclex. Like you guys I had a lot of questions when I first started so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask me or private message me if you want. Good luck to all of you! And may the odds ever be in your favor
  8. You can set up a payment plan and they will let you pay in installments. You just have to make a down payment. Once you choose your classes call the cashiers office and they will direct you. Good luck!
  9. hey everyone! wow can't believe it's been over a year since I started this thread time flies so quickly. Since starting in May I just finished psych now I'm on my way to ob then peds. It's been rough and challenging, I lost friends along the way and made new ones but I'm so blessed and thankful for the support I have and that I'm still in the game. To everyone starting in May 2016 it's hard doing process 1/2 in the summer but if u can get through it you should be able to get through the the rest of program. Stay dedicated and study hard you can do it! And to anyone going thru a setback please don't give up, pick yourself up and try again. It doesn't matter how u get there or how long it took you. As long as you reach your destination in the end [emoji173]️
  10. I had Kali for process 1 lecture, and what was said above is very true. It's doable but if u have the chance to take fola please do. if not, just study extra hard. Again, it's doable....but If it's too late to change and you have the blessing of someone willing to give u folas lectures ...TAKE IT lol If not, just read the book really really well.
  11. You don't have to buy the book for pharm he lectures off the powerpoints. I got a B in the class with no book ☺️
  12. You also need bandage scissors and the nursing kit but you really use those in process 2.
  13. Hey guys if anyone needs books email me at [email protected] for more info. All in like new condition I just started in May.
  14. Thanks for the input Brooklyn! If anyone else took her for process please let me know. Thanks 😊
  15. Thank you! Any specific reason why you say fola over her?
