Hey where is everyone getting their physical notarized??

I think they just want lab results if you had titers done, and the results from the TB skin test. I had all my immunizations done as a child, so therefore won't have lab results from all of that. You have to attach your proof of immunizations.

I had all my shots done as a child as well. I had to get the titers to prove that. They told me that they would not take the shot records. That's why they wanted titer results....

I had the titers done already because I worked in a hospital and they required the same things. I'm going to attach everything I have just in case they need it! :-)

Hey I have a quick question. I'm applying for the Fall 2011 semester and want to know when you applyed. I'm worried about my GPA not being high enough.

this is a little part from gregg's welcome letter..

our first day for nur1020 is january 7, 2011. class begins at 9:00 a.m. and lasts until 12:00 noon.

most students are taking pharmacology and math topics for health related professions. keep in mind that these classes have their own calendars and the schedules are not included in this

discussion. (many students have mtb 1370 beginning on january 7th.

You're right, that is in her ltr, however, on the calendar from her website it says Thursday 1/6 is the first day of class.

Looks like I'll have to email her again.

All done with paperwork:yeah:-just turned it all in-folder and binder. Asst said we would get an email once they were reviewed and that yes, we would get the binder back.

North doesn't have a good supply of uniforms right now but said they will be getting more in before Jan.

Does anyone know if we will need anything more than just the scrub top/bottom set? Like if we need the polo shirts or lab coat?
