I thought that was a pretty good price. I got my shoes from Finish Line for 53 dollars!

I'm confused about what to turn in also. I thought we had to give them our folder and binder - but yes, she was very adamant about us never to turn in orginals which is contridicting.
I am scheduled with my doctor for the physcial next Monday which is the day before we have to turn in everything so I'm nervous waiting last minute. I really hope I can get everything done!

$27 for all of those supplies! That's great, I'll have to check out a uniform store up here by me. I heard they are very picky about the shoes being all white so everyone make sure they are completely white before making that purchase.
So before I go turn in everything today, I was wondering if we needed the actual lab work papers attached to the physical?? My doctor just wrote in the dates I got my immunizations.
Yea, on the very first page of the Medical History and Physical Form it explains that they want the results to be attached. My doctor just filled out the physical too. So I need to call his office and have them fax me my results so I can attach them to my physical.

I think they just want lab results if you had titers done, and the results from the TB skin test. I had all my immunizations done as a child, so therefore won't have lab results from all of that. You have to attach your proof of immunizations.

Yayy!! Luckily I have a scope, bandage scissors, light pen etc.. already (passed down to me from my mom). I just need to get all white shoes, the scrubs, my books, and possibly a book bag with wheels because it looks like we'll be using A LOT of books. Do you think we wear our scrubs everyday or only for clinical days? I was a little confused about that.
