Hi I would like to apply for the generic May 2012 entry nursing program at Broward college. Any one else looking into applying for this program. Let's help each other out in this process. I know it's a bit early but I'm excited !!!:)
@hope2bpicuRNI decided to retake it on friday, only because i am feeling so guilty because i knew i could have done alot better and i would be really upset if i didn't get in because of that. Your score is not bad for a&p, (its out of the 70s). I hope we all get in!!!!
That's good! I wish you the best of luck on retaking it! I'm sure you'll do good! My score is not in the 70's, but I know I should of did the same thing you are doing. If I don't get in this May I will definitely be retaking it (of course I am praying that is NOT the case). Good luck to us all!!!
Sounds good to me 2baG8nurse! Hope neither one of us have to retake it! I'm taking Micro + Lab, Nutrition, Health class & debating on Anthropology. I did all my other BSN pre req requirements already so if I take Anth its more for financial aid. Which campus are you all attending for Micro?

Hi i am taking the hesi in the morning at central campus and my nerves are racked, i was wondering about the math and exactly what was on there and what should i expect as far as anatomy goes! ahhhh so nervous. And seeing that i have two less week to do pharamacology and nursing process 1 is scary so i may wait for august so i can be better prepared, please if any1 has any insight please help. thank you
Maths is basic addition, adding fractions, decimals. Converting decimals to fractions and vice versa. Conversions g-kg-lbs-oz.
Anatomy is basic, if you've taken the classes (apI & II) and understood the material, you'll be fine. It is not as in depth as our exams were, know basic stuff, all the systems and what they do. What organs produce what hormones. anatomical planes and the cavities.
