Broward College May 2016 RN program

Just wanted to start a thread for Broward's May '16 RN program! I'm finishing up my application process this week.

My hesi was a 87% overall, with 90's in Math, Reading, and Vocabulary, an 84% in grammar, and a 80% in AP.

My prerequisite GPA is a 4.0

do you have any advice for learning pharmacology?

I got some white sneakers from Payless for $30. They are "working shoes" and are all leather have no logo and have cushioned insoles. They are also slip resistant if anyone is wondering. I tested them out and they are pretty comfy and for $30 bucks not too shabby.

He will tell you that you need the book but you don't. He provides power points... Use those and write down everything he says (he doesn't allow recording). He does reviews and everything he says is on the test. I can tell you from experience it is VERY easy to let this class fall to the side with being so wrapped up in lecture & clinical. I'm guilty of cramming right before the tests. Now that I've gotten a grip on things, I plan to designate ever Monday night after the class to rewriting my notes onto notecards so during the week I can quickly glances though them a couple times.

does anyone have any info on how the payment options work? I'm paying for the program cash and want to start setting everything aside and doing the math. On the school website it breaks down the cost but when you add it all up the total I get is different that the total on the site.

it said on the website the sign up will be ready on 3/22, but ill post if i find out i fo beforehand
