Anyone Applying to the fall 2020 Nursing program at broward college , that is getting ready to take or have taken the HESI ?

Hi All,

Please remember when you submitted the application, you were applying to the program, not a particular campus. Campus choice comes at the time of registration and at that point, it is first come first serve. Instructions will be given to those accepted students during pre-admissions.

My points aren’t high, but one of the classes for the points I took years ago and can’t redo for a higher grade, so it is what it is. But I’ve waited quite a bit for my kids to be in school so I can focus on school myself, the way I need to. I applied to chamberlain and was accepted, but it didn’t feel like the right fit and neither did those loans. Plus, I have literal fantasies about that health science building at central campus!! ? almost everyone I have talked to says no one gets you prepared to be a nurse better than Broward. I’ve worked hard to get here and I’m ready to work harder for these dreams of saving lives and having a nursing career. Which ever way I have to get there!! Don’t that self doubt get you girl, push it deep deep down LOL.

You're absolutely right..I need to let that doubt go. I have a son(7 years old)...I'm doing this for him. With all the great success stories we hear about about BC...it's a no brainer to choose this school. I'm sure there are other great schools but the student loans gives me more anxiety than our whole application process LOL. Yes, the central campus is beautiful! I'm praying everything works out well for everyone.

I got this one about 7 seven years when I graduated from MA school. It's beautiful, sturdy, and works very well.

I think I might buy another in a different color(Caribbean blue)...but I'll wait until I get the acceptance letter ? LOL. My dad is the best, he surprised me with a rolling backpack yesterday. I told him that we haven't heard anything yet but he said screw it....he is positive I got in LOL.

Aww, that’s so sweet of him. My mom is convinced too, she’s already talking about when we graduate! I’m like can we get in first! ??

Aww that sweet. My mom did the same thing. I was going to get it since it was on sale but I left it in my cart. She went ahead and got it for me.

LOL for sure and my parents are already planning the graduation party haha. They are the best, I love it.
