Hello!!! Just wondering if anyone else has applied for August 2010 yet? :)

thank you and to next poster nmg86 if you are "accepted" you are in pre-admission. in order to be accepted, you have to have the neccesary paperwork to be accepted so you status wont change.

What is it that we have to do to not be blocked from registering from classes on july 9? [speaker] said we had to pay for something (what was it?) but dont have to do it yet.:uhoh3:. I wish she they put this on the paper because I didnt see it

is the drug test the form she was suppose to send us in email but didnt receive it yet or do you mean they have not added the restriction? Im a bit confused :(

There will be a $29 obligation in your BC account for the drug test. If they put that up before Friday you have to pay it in order to register for classes. If it's not up you won't be blocked. The paper they were going to email was a notary form for the statutory fingerprinting (I think). So far I haven't seen either one.

Hello all. This has been quite an adventure. My question for any of the nursing students currently in the curriculum is this: 1) When you registered for your classes at the specific campus, did you register right when the registration opened? And did the campus you wanted fill up? My FIRST choice is South Campus because I like the small campus and I DESPERATELY want the clinicals which are 12 hours on one day because its much easier for me. North is way to far for me.

2) Also does anyone have any recommendations for South Campus instructors and do you even get to pick the instructors?

They told us at orientation that when you register for a specific class if it notes a teacher you probably will not get that teacher and you wont know basically anything until you go to the specific orientation for that campus.

I just would like to clarify these things. Could anyone with this info Private Message me as I don't have enough posts and if it is ok to post it on the board I would greatly appreciate it!

Drug screening obligations up, and status now says accepted :D don't forget to pay yours!!!

Mine does not say accepted yet nor do I have an obilgation for the Drug Screening. At my orientation, they said that the drug screening obligation would not appear unless you went already and submitted your paper work and did the drig test because at that time they bill the school.

Hmmmn... I haven't gotten my test done yet, and it changed... Maybe they are starting to put them up early

Craziness, even when you are in, the madness continues. My last name starts with an S so maybe they have not gotten to me yet?! O well, its always a waiting game with this stuff.

my obligation is up but the status has not changed yet. At the orientation they said you must pay the obligation regardless if you have taken the test or not by the registration date.

Did you pay the obligation before you saw the change in the status? maybe I will try paying now and see what happens.
