Hello!!! Just wondering if anyone else has applied for August 2010 yet? :)

OK, my degree audit and major has just been changed to nursing this morning. There is also a "y" next to my program admit status.

OK, my degree audit and major has just been changed to nursing this morning. There is also a "y" next to my program admit status.

is it saying something like Accepted Into Limited Access Program (y) or

Accepted Into Limited Access Program y

Is this in your degree audit or ....

but you should look see if there is a legend somewhere on the page stating what "y" means

they changed your degree to nursing, put an obligation fee and put you into "Accepted Into Limited Access Program"

this enables you to register for nur#### classes, pay the obligation fee (if you dont you will be blocked from registering, if im correct. but more importantly do not change the degree because if you do, all will be loss and it gives them a headache to do it manually___________all from orientation

FINALLY! My status changed to Admitted in Limited Access Program, and my degree audit changed to (y).

Yippie..now I can register. Figures they would have the first day of registration on a day that they are closed.:D

Is there anyone else who still has their app in review that on their degree audit it has a Y for program admit status??

Just found out today they're doing the rest of the applications based off the HESSI scores.

They did the first batch off of HESI scores. Lady at Central admitted to me that they have only accepted people who "passed" the HESI with 75% in math and A&P and 70% the other areas. So even though we were all told "HESI does not matter just take it." We were lied to because she told me that's what it all has been based on.Clearly that is the case when people with far less points were excepted but passed HESI. Central told me that next batch they are moving to a lower range, her example was 72-74% on HESI now. ALL BASED ON HESI. If anyone has been accepted with less than 75% on math and anatomy or a 70% in the other sections I would love to hear! =)

Wow, Thanks for the info blondiemix.. They should have never said not to worry about passing the HESSI on the website. Is the 72-74 for the Overall score or just Math and A&P?

I passed everything except A&P and Vocab. I got a 72 in A&P instead of a 75 and 68 in Vocab instead of 70:mad:

Hey, I know registration just opened up, but was anyone able to register yet? I am trying and I keep receiving the error that the courses require special permission. My application status was already changed to Accepted and I paid the fee for the drug screen...

i just successfully registered for south!! yesss! and man are these classes filling up fast and its only been 5 minutes!
