Brookhaven Fall 2020

Published

Hey everyone! I decided to start this forum because I am a current transferring Nursing student moving from AR to TX. I am in need of all the tea on the program and faculty. Please feel free to leave comments! I’m just trying to get all of my ducks in a row now. I hope to meet someone of you all along this journey!

I'm doing a career change, and between teaching and working at a Nursing home I make about 57-60k a year, my biggest concern is I have a house, and the mortgage needs to get paid for, so I need to be financially stable and not have zero in my savings before I try to quit my job and become a full-time student. If I didn't own a house, I wouldn't be tripping about bills.

I feel you on this...I'm hoping my situation will have changed at that point as well.

Just finished my AP 1 class and got the B that I needed so I can apply for Fall 2020. Is there anybody else who will be applying soon? I would do Mountain View but I need one more class and not sure if i will be applying to them. Hope to hear from everybody else soon. ?

I will inbox you the email. Tell her you are interested in the program and she will send the necessary information for those classes.

When does everyone find out when they get accepted? I thought it was today?

Hello! My name is Daisy and I was recently accepted into the nursing program for this upcoming semester! I have 3 Hesi books that I bought and they really helped me study for the HESI at Brookhaven. I no longer need them and I was wondering if there was anyone interested in buying 1 or all lol I’m selling two for 10$ each, they retail for $30+ at Barnes & Noble and I have the one from Brookhaven that I’m selling for 5$ just because I highlighted some stuff but the information is still all there.

if anyone is interested, y’all can email me at [email protected]

No, the Texas Tech classes are not mandatory. They just help you with getting your BSN faster and with ranking points for applying to the program.
