  1. Hi guys, my name is Daisy and I will be starting in the Spring with you all! Excited to meet you all! I was wondering if anyone wanted to start a FB page so that we can all get to know each other and just use it for questions and stuff. I tried to look for one but there isn't onw established already so just an idea.
  2. thank you for that information! I had been working as a PCT for 2 years and when I got accepted into the program I actually quit my job at Presby hospital-Dallas . I know some need to work and I too have bills to pay, but I had been saving money for a long time for the reason that I knew I wouldn’t be able to work and go to school full time like before!! it’s just so much studying and hands on stuff. We have exams, readings, skills check offs, HESI exams, clinicals and care plans etc.. and that’s just off the top of my head. I know a handful in my semester 1 class that still work because they have to and that’s totally understandable!! But I do know that they don’t do as good on certain things as they wish they could bc of their limited studying time etc. it just all depends honestly??‍♀️
  3. Unfortunately we were never told LOL we just got emails with our acceptance letters!
  4. Hey guys! I’m sure y’all did great! I remember how nerve wrecking it was waiting for acceptance emails! what they don’t tell you is that they also interview students for re admittance every semester. Those who get a second chance. So spots may be more limited. Buuuuuut, y’all have gotten this far and deserve a HUGE round of applause! I am a first semester and let me tell y’all it has been a roller coaster ride this semester thus far! And in the midst of all this, nursing school has been 10xs harder as we cant attend class and stuff! We don’t know how much longer all this will go on but we are all praying our daily classes can return to normal soon!
  5. @shauntil07 hey girl can you DM me too!! About the job you talked about last time! ?
  6. @shauntil07 can you email me I don’t even know how to message on here ? lol my email is [email protected]
  7. @shauntil07 OMG ME!!!!
  8. Hello! My name is Daisy and I was recently accepted into the nursing program for this upcoming semester! I have 3 Hesi books that I bought and they really helped me study for the HESI at Brookhaven. I no longer need them and I was wondering if there was anyone interested in buying 1 or all lol I’m selling two for 10$ each, they retail for $30+ at Barnes & Noble and I have the one from Brookhaven that I’m selling for 5$ just because I highlighted some stuff but the information is still all there. if anyone is interested, y’all can email me at [email protected]
