I got mine from identoGo on Friday. They sent it to my regular email. Not the school email.Hopefully soon! My sister in law waited this long as well due to Covid for fall semester. She is doing clinicals now and says it’s stressful but doable. Patience, we got this!?Good evening, I hope you all are doing well and staying safe. We have received your application and the applications are being reviewed. This semester I will be accepting 60 students to the nursing program at Dallas College Mountain View Campus. Please do not send questions regarding admissions at this time because we will contact you with all updates once the application review process is completed. We had nearly 200 applications this semester. Also, many of you are missing important items in your applications. You will be receiving emails from various staff from Dallas College MV team. It is imperative that you follow up with the requests and respond immediately. You will also receive an email from Identigo which is a division of the Texas Board of Nursing requiring you to get your fingerprints done. Once the fingerprints are completed, the board of nursing will send you a blue card or a letter that you must keep until you find out if you were accepted in to the nursing program. You must meet the deadlines as they are requested or your application will not be considered. More information to follow. Always, your communication is key. If you decide to withdraw your application, please let me know as soon as possible so that you can be removed from the applicants and email list. Thanks again for applying to our program. Because this is nerve-racking?I’m not sure, but I do know they just want you to write no actual word count. They do ask why you want to be a nurse or what made you wanna work in the Health field. I wasn’t able to find one only for fall 2020. I have followed old threads and I believe it has been very helpful with questions and guidance for some. Feel free to post and ask questions.
