Does anyone know the shift differentials at the Brigham and the Union Dues costs?

As far as I know, all monthly union dues for MNA hospitals are twice your hourly rate but there is a minimum and a maximum. I don't know what shift differentials are at the Brigham but I imagine they're similar to MGH- MGH is $4/hr for weekends and $7/hr for nights- at least that's what they were the last I knew. Never worked at either hospital, just have friends who do/did.

Brigham is the best paid Partners hospital, but BMC is the highest paid overall.

Not Dana Farber?
No specifically The Brigham…
A rep from the MNA told me 3 years ago that Dana Farber nurses were the highest paid nurses in the state. It could have changed since then.

Hi Ashley, I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you know what the ratio's are like?
Sorry just seeing this.... Do you mean staffing ratios? Like nurse to patient(s)?
yes please! i'm guessing ICU would have to be 1:1 or maybe 1:2 at times. how does the nurse : patient ratio work out generally on other units?
