What do you usually eat? I find myself running out the door without breakfast......what do you make?

I do the peanut butter on multi grain bread and eat in the car. Sometimes I have purity's megaberry or whatever it's called mixed w/cranberry juice to take w/ my vitamins before leaving...other times just water. Sometimes I'll manage to wolf a banana with it. I'm not a morning eater at all usually, if I'm on my own time I often roll right through breakfast and will just start with lunch. With work I can't do that...I'll get dizzy or something.

I get wonky w/dipping bs around 1030 or 1100 too, so I have a Soyjoy bar or d. chocolate nature valley granola bar , if it's the latter, I only need 1, so I save the other one by taping up the end of the package so it doesn't get all in my pocket!

When I switch to evenings, I'll either keep a baggy of smoked almonds or yogurt pretzels in my pocket, so if I feel weird I can duck somewhere and eat a few to keep going.

I eat a serving of Yoplait yogurt, a half peanut butter sandwich (on wheat), and a Kashi pumpkin spice flax granola bar. The key is having protein as it sustains you longer than carbohydrates. The yogurt and peanut butter cover that, and the 4g of fiber in the Kashi bar helps with a feeling of fullness as it is slower to digest. I have a history of glucose drops, but this is the formula that works best for me. I usually last 6-7 hours before I feel hungry now!

I have peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat toast and a bannana. If I have time to make it I scramble some eggs and wrap it in a tortilla shell and have a bannana. However, I usually over sleep and do not have time for the eggs.

Great thread!!! This morning I had two eggs cooked in cooking spray and two whole wheat waffles. I wasn't hungry again until around noon. I think this is going to be my regular breakfast for now on. Greek yogurt is another favorite of mine.

I eat a whole wheat bagel (fiber is filling) with lots of cream cheese and a big glass of milk. I also down a teaspoon of fish oil w/this. I think the oil is a satiety trick, and fish oil is so healthy.

Good brain food to get through a busy morning!

I always have a bowl of oatmeal. Oatmeal can be cooked up quickly in the microwaye. Add a glass of orange juice and I am full for several hours.

Eat real meals; your body will thank you.

Scottish oatmeal and tea - keeps me full until lunch.

I package my breakfast the night before. Like, if I'm going to have cereal for breakfast, I pour my cereal in a bowl, add the milk (I use powdered milk), and close the lid. In the morning, I just pour some water in it, grab a slice of bread and eat. I always make time for breakfast.

I definitely need breakfast. What lasts best is either a Protein shake or a piece of toast with cottage cheese.
