Seems to me like like you're doing all the right things. Why do you think you're having a problem?

It could be a lot of things...Are you?

too stressed out

getting enough water

eating well

changes in any medications... Any at all

possibly getting sick

Try to take cod liver oil and some great multivitamins. Also try to get enough sleep, eat a balance meal and moderate exercise. Hope I was able to help.

i know exactly what you mean. i have been having that problem big time lately and i dont know why. just dig in deeper. that is what i have done today and after reading stuff a time or two, it catches my focus a little better.

I say to cut back to like 2 study tips. Flash cards & the CD for instance. Maybe you are just over doing it right now.
