I'm with you...and is why I'm starting as a CNA at our affiliate hospital today, which will certainly help kill the three weeks left on break. After going 100mph last semester, it was difficult to come to a full stop and relax for these past three weeks. I can say it definitely took a few days to settle down my energy
I, too, am glad the break is over, though I also am aggravated with myself for feeling that way! Last semester, the pace was so extreme, and I couldn't WAIT for the break! I have enjoyed spending time with my girls and my family, but, I have been continuing to read and study almost daily! My boyfriend tells me I'm obsessed with medical "stuff"...........I suppose I am! Well, the break is now over so back to working on goals! Good luck to all!:nuke:
I am dying over break. Before now I have always had a full time job to keep me busy and now I am only working part-time. I am driving my husband crazy because I am making an afghan (almost done) and researching vacations! lol The funny part is we can't afford to take a vacation until after I graduate, but it is something to look forward to! I swore I would open my brand-spanking new med-surg book and try to "get ahead" but I just can't seem to do it! Eh, maybe in the next 3 weeks....
No, I'm not bored! We just took our final on the 18th, then I had a week to shop and get ready for Christmas. Then I went to my mom's for a week (different state) and just got back Saturday. Now I have one week to clean my house & do my reading for next semester. Besides that, I actually do have to study . . . trying to CLEP out of re-taking psychology (long story) so I have that exam on Thursday. Nope, no boredom here.
I say enjoy the break . . . or heck, study if you want to. Surely you have some idea what you'll be learning next semester! Can't hurt!

I'm bored! Now that we are in winter break, there is nothing to do! Anyone feel the boredom while we wait for the crazy spring semester?
